Usually the same day. From then on the shop page is yours to change, and the note about estimated prices comes off.

Put your own prices inضع أسعارك

This is the part that matters most. Every price a customer sees should be one you chose.

Type your price over the estimate

Choose the price box, type your figure, and it saves on its own. Do the ones you sell most first — the rest can wait.

Switch off anything you do not carry

The switch turns grey and customers stop seeing that item. Better an honest short list than a long one full of things you have to refuse.

Handle an orderتعامل مع الطلب

An order arrives the same way a customer message always has. The only new part is telling the app when you have started and when it is done.

Written out clearly, with quantities, the address and the total — instead of a conversation you have to piece together.

Confirm it when you start packing

The customer sees that you have it and stops wondering whether the message arrived. If something is out of stock, reply in the chat and agree a swap.

Mark it delivered when the driver is back

The customer pays you at the door, cash or card, exactly as before. No money passes through us and there is nothing to reconcile.

What does it cost?

Nothing to claim, and nothing for the first 30 days. After that it is AED 490 / year for the year — one payment, not a monthly charge. We never take a share of a sale.

المطالبة مجانية، وأول 30 يوماً مجانية. بعدها AED 490 / year للسنة — دفعة واحدة، وليست شهرية. ولا نأخذ أي نسبة من المبيعات.

Who receives the money?

You do, directly from the customer, at the door. We are not in the middle of the payment and never hold your money.

أنت، مباشرة من العميل عند الباب. نحن لسنا وسيطاً في الدفع ولا نحتفظ بأموالك أبداً.

Do I need a new phone or app?

No. Orders come to the WhatsApp number you already run the shop from, and you manage everything from the same phone in your browser.

لا. تصل الطلبات إلى رقم واتساب الذي تدير به المتجر، وتدير كل شيء من نفس الهاتف عبر المتصفح.

What if I want to stop?

Tell us and your page comes down. Your customers go back to messaging you directly, the way they did before. Nothing is locked in.

I do not read English well. Can I still use it?

Yes. Every screen has an Arabic setting, and you can call us instead of filling anything in.
