The things shop owners ask first.

Do my customers need to download anything?

No. They open a web link or scan the QR code at your counter. The order opens in the WhatsApp already on their phone.

Do you take a percentage of my sales?

No. You pay the yearly fee and nothing else. The customer pays you directly on delivery, cash or card, and that money never passes through us.

Who sets the prices?

You do. We give you a catalogue to start from so you are not typing in thousands of products, but every price on your page is one you set or approved.

What if I already have staff taking orders on WhatsApp?

Nothing changes for them. The order arrives in the same chat, just written out clearly with quantities, a total and the delivery address instead of a back and forth.

Can I use my landline?

Yes, if it is registered on WhatsApp Business. Many shops in Dubai run WhatsApp on a 04 number.

What happens when the year is up?

You choose whether to renew. If you stop, your page comes down and your customers go back to messaging you directly. Nothing is locked in.
